Angel Pro-Clean, a distinguished residential cleaning services company in British Columbia, Canada, is seeking experienced Residential Cleaners to join our growing team. With management coming from a background in prestigious 5-star hotels and property management services, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.
We are looking for cleaners who already have solid residential cleaning experience and understand professional cleaning standards, tools, products, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and Airbnb turnover cleanings
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean all residential areas thoroughly
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, appliances, and common areas
- Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and properly
- Maintain high attention to detail and deliver consistent cleaning quality
- Complete all assigned tasks within scheduled appointment times
- Respect client privacy, property, and belongings at all times
- Follow company checklists, procedures, and service standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year residential cleaning experience required
- Applicants must already have full knowledge of residential cleaning procedures and standards
- Preference will be given to candidates currently working with another residential cleaning company or operating independently
- Strong knowledge of professional cleaning tools, chemicals, products, and equipment required
- Previous floor care experience including scrubbing, buffing, and polishing is considered an asset
- Must be flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different client expectations and cleaning environments
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Clear criminal background check required
- Smartphone with mobile data required for scheduling and communication
- Candidates with a reliable vehicle and valid Class 5 driver’s license will be given priority
