Position Introduction
We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Technical Operations & Client Success Coordinator.
This role will begin as a part-time position with the potential to transition into a long-term full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Working OnClient & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate client meetings, scheduling, and operational follow-ups
- Maintain professional client communication through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
- Support onboarding and administrative coordination for new clients
- Help ensure smooth communication between technical teams and clients
- Organize internal records, project files, and operational documentation
MSP & Technical Operations Support
- Coordinate ticket follow-ups and support workflow tracking
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding checklists and operational processes
- Help maintain internal asset and inventory records
- Support operational documentation and technical process organization
- Gain exposure to MSP systems, IT operations, cybersecurity workflows, and cloud environments
Internal Operations & Project Coordination
- Assist with proposal preparation, contracts, NDAs, SOWs, and project documentation
- Track action items, operational tasks, and project follow-ups
- Support internal workflow organization and task coordination
- Help improve operational processes and internal efficiency
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and coordination updates
Startup Operations & Business Support
- Assist with CRM updates and lead tracking
- Support LinkedIn/company communications and marketing coordination
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and proposal formatting
- Work closely with leadership on operational priorities and growth initiatives
- Gain exposure to startup scaling and business operations

- Basic cybersecurity awareness
- Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com

- Hybrid / In-Office role
- Based in Burnaby, BC
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible scheduling available depending on school schedule and availability
- Typical working hours:
- Approximately 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Flexible for the right candidate
