Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality matcha drinks and freshly baked bagels with enthusiasm and precision
- Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, including counters, utensils, and equipment to ensure health standards are met
- Assist in restocking supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials to keep the station well-organized
- Engage with guests through friendly conversation, creating a positive and lively atmosphere
- Follow all food safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe dining environment
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently interact with guests and promote menu items
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light supplies, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
