The Role
We’re looking for a General Manager to lead store performance across guest experience, team development, and financial results. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running all aspects of the business, perfect for someone who thrives on the floor rather than behind a desk.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop: Manage, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Baristas.
- Elevate the Experience: Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all shifts and touchpoints.
- Drive Operations: Oversee daily service flow, staffing, and on-the-floor troubleshooting.
- Manage the Metrics: Control labour, COGS, and inventory to meet KPIs and overall financial store performance.
- Uphold Standards: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and brand consistency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3+ years of management experience in a café, restaurant, or high-volume retail environment.
- Leadership: A proven track record of team development and conflict resolution.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of labour management, cost control, and daily operations.
- Adaptability: The ability to perform and keep a cool head in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Availability: Flexible schedule required, including weekends.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
