We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Assist in menu planning and food preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards.
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food handling practices, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving kitchen operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a cook is required; culinary training is a plus.
