Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, patching, and crack repair.
- Install epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurethane, flake, metallic, and other resinous flooring systems.
- Operate flooring equipment and maintain a safe, clean job site.
- Travel to project locations and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Follow company safety standards and project specifications.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Preference of at least 2 years of experience installing epoxy or resinous flooring systems.
- Experience with concrete preparation and repairs.
- Willingness to travel and work out of town for projects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work well with a team.
- Must be able to successfully pass background checks required for access to military bases, police stations, and other secure government facilities.
