Service Manager Position at Peterborough Appliances

· Duties includes receiving calls from customers about malfunctioning appliances
· Facilitating those calls to the proper services sourced either within the store or to outside services
· Receiving of, selling and proper organization of parts in the store and for the technicians.
· Ensure all technicians are working efficiently, safely and profitably.
· Ensure tech productivity using our task tracking sheets and program. Provide feedback from results.
· Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with customers and fellow team members
· A positive attitude with a will and drive to problem solve. A technical aptitude.
· Take responsibility for the tasks taken on and follow through to the end of the task.
· Come to work with a clean appearance and required uniform everyday
· Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work
· Previous service environment and/or appliance service experience is an asset.
· This is a full-time position
· Starting wage is $20/hour and a monthly performance bonus. Medical benefits also available.
