Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and ensuring food safety standards are met
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms by performing regular cleaning tasks
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
- Support meal preparation activities in the kitchen to ensure timely service during busy hours
Experience
- Prior food service experience or hospitality background preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with restaurant operations including serving, cashiering, or food preparation is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is desirable
- Previous experience in hotel or barista roles can be beneficial for guest interactions
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
