Kidco is looking for a skilled and dedicated Skid Steer operator to join our Basement Excavation division for the 2026 season!
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
-
3+ years of experience operating a Skid Steer in confined spaces in residential subdivisions
-
Experienced with basement excavation tasks on Skid Steer like backfilling, loaming, and loading trucks
-
Ability to read and understand plot plans (considered an asset)
-
A valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean 3-year driver’s abstract
-
Ability to follow directions and work independently
-
Physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel, and lift up to 35 pounds
