We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bartender/Server/Cook. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as a bartender, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service as a server
- Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring meals are prepared according to safety standards and recipes
- Handle food with care, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety guidelines throughout all stages of meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and kitchen stations, following sanitation protocols
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to uphold health standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
- Basic understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
