Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform construction, renovation, and restoration tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stonework, and related activities
- Conduct caulking and sealing to ensure structural integrity and weatherproofing
- Operate heavy machinery safely in accordance with safety protocols
- Assist in demolition, site preparation, and cleanup activities as needed
- Follow project plans meticulously while adhering to safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications
Qualifications
- Proven experience with construction, masonry, or renovation projects
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and schematics reading
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
- Experience with caulking, restoration techniques, and general building maintenance is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to heavy equipment operation or construction are a plus
