SALES ROLE (Internal)
Responsible for the overall activity and sales growth within an assigned Territory
Meet weekly with RSM to discuss sales growth strategies within an assigned Region
Proactive sales calls to qualify dealers, account management, promote new products, communicate specials, and build customer relationships
Promote E-Commerce site and ease of use with customers
Proficient with parts and accessories and potential customer applications
Set-up of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts
Clearly communicate and bring value to customers with following tools:
Printed Catalog
Marketing Specials
New product introductions
E-Commerce ease of use for ordering and technical support
Additional Considerations:
Use CRM for documentation; of customer contact and /or issues
Weekly meeting with Manager to define and follow-up on individual needs
Additional Duties to be assigned as required
Assigned annual sales plan for targeted sales group assigned
Four year college degree in related field i.e. business, engineering, and etc.
Prefer experience from successful demonstrated results in related field
Demonstrated ability to learn and serve customers in a fast pace environment
