To support the on-going growth of our business, we are currently seeking a mechanically inclined
Line Specialist to join our Maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment service, blade maintenance, screen changes, and cleaning on tire shredding and rubber processing equipment
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the Maintenance staff to prioritize equipment needs and repair.
- Vacuuming pipes, crane rails, and equipment from aerial lift
- Complete Pre-Job Hazard Assessments and Equipment Pre-Use Inspections
- Manually lift heavy materials to assist in loading/unloading and stocking of material
- Other general labour duties as required
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in operational troubleshooting.

- Mechanically inclined and skilled to use standard hand and pneumatic tools

- Use any hand tools that may be required for tasks

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience, ideally in a Manufacturing/Production setting
- Fall Protection Certification
- Aerial Lift/Scissor Lift Certification
- First Aid Certification is considered an asset
- Forklift Certification is considered an asset
