What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator who is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and enjoys engaging with children and their families. The ideal candidate must have a proven ability to convert inquiries into enrollments. They should possess hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing, including creating compelling marketing materials and content, managing social media campaigns, and google and meta ads. The successful candidate will also have practical experience in traditional marketing initiatives, including organizing promotional booths, coordinating events, and building partnerships with schools, community groups, and other organizations.

Requirements
- Strong oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a proactive and independent work style.
- Positive, energetic, and engaging personality with the ability to influence, lead, and connect with both students and parents.
- Proficient in digital marketing, especially on Chinese social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, XiaoHongShu); experience with Canva, CapCut and content creation is a plus.
- Experience running marketing campaigns in print and social media is a plus.
- Attentive listener with excellent presentation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience running booths / stalls in shopping malls and engaging parents and children.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles; able to promote programs effectively within local communities.
- Familiarity with robotics and programming is a bonus; must be available for evenings/weekend shifts and pass a background check.
Responsibilities include
- Manage all inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Conduct tours and consultations, presenting program offerings, pricing, and enrollment details to prospective students and parents.
- Support marketing efforts by creating bilingual promotional content on platforms like WeChat, XiaoHongShu, and community WhatsApp groups.
- Build community connections by working with local schools, PACs, learning centers, and cultural organizations to attract students.
- Participate in outreach events such as school fairs, community exhibitions, and robotics demonstrations to boost visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to execute advertising strategies, including flyers, posters, and local campaigns.
- Contribute insights by gathering community feedback and helping refine marketing and engagement approaches.
Timing
· Our evening programs run typically from 4:30pm to 7:30pm on weekdays and Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
· Our camps run from 8:30am to 5:00pm
