The Opportunity
The Adventure Group (TAG) is on a mission to create spectacular experiences that lead to moments of personal growth. We’re looking for a Village Shuttle Driver (Class 4) to join our team and play a key role in delivering safe, seamless transportation between Whistler Village and our Cougar Mountain base.
This is a guest-facing role where professionalism, safety, and service come first—you’ll often be the first and last impression of a TAG experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable shuttle experience for all guests

Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm—set the tone for their adventure

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the shuttle at all times

Monitor fuel and fluid levels to ensure vehicles are ready for operation

Communicate effectively with Dispatch, Guest Services, and Operations

Report any vehicle concerns or maintenance needs promptly

Share helpful information about the experience and answer guest questions

Support the wider team with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring

Valid Class 4 Driver’s License (unrestricted) with a clean driving record

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach

Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and organized in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of vehicle safety and inspection protocols

A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
