PROtek is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled HVAC / Refrigeration Field Technician to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with tools, solving technical problems, and working independently in the field. Your existing HVAC or refrigeration knowledge can be applied and expanded into residential appliance service, including refrigerators, freezers, dryers, ovens, washers, and other household appliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Service refrigerators, freezers, compressors, and related components
- Complete service calls professionally across communities in Ontario
- Explain findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently
HVAC or refrigeration certification, ODP certification, a G2/G3 gas license, brazing experience, and previous field-service experience are considered assets.
