Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in at the front desk
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries
- Assist with hair styling services, ensuring sanitation standards are maintained
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and common areas
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively
- Communicate clearly with clients about services offered, promotions, and aftercare instructions
- Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a salon environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, and a positive attitude
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively while ensuring client satisfaction
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in hair styling or beauty industry is advantageous but not mandatory
