General Labourer
MC3 Manufacturing Inc. – Leamington, ON – Pay based on experience
The role
This is a role for someone who wants to get into manufacturing and is ready to show up, work hard, and learn. You’ll support our assembly and production operations across the shop – painting, assembling, handling materials, and pitching in wherever the team needs a hand.
You don’t need to walk in knowing everything. What matters is that you’re reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn. We’ll train you on the equipment and processes. The opportunity to grow from here is real – a lot of the people in this shop started exactly where you’d be starting.
What you’ll be doing
- Painting parts
- Product assembly
- Conveyor chain assembly
- Material handling throughout the shop
- General cleaning and housekeeping as required
- Assisting with various tasks across departments as needed
- Following all safety requirements and wearing required PPE at all times
What you bring
- Reliable, on time, and ready to work
- Safety-first mindset – PPE and procedures are non-negotiable
- Able to take direction and work well with a team
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings is an asset
- Background in manufacturing is an asset
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset – training will be provided

Position details
- This is an existing vacancy
- This is a full-time, permanent, on-site General Labourer position
- Overtime pay applies after 40 hours per week – 48+ hours is common during busy periods and should be expected
- Benefits include drug, vision, dental coverage, and RRSP matching – available after 90 days
