Browns Crafthouse UBC is seeking an exceptional General Manager/GM in Training to lead one of the most dynamic hospitality teams in the region. UBC is a multi award winning store and the flagship location for the brand located on a stunning campus. As General Manager in training, you will oversee aspects of the operation of the restaurant while learning from top tier leaders and brand system. What You’ll Be Responsible For
· Creating a positive, energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work

· Conducting engaging pre-shift meetings and ongoing staff training
· Supporting team development through product knowledge, tastings, and education
· Ensuring accurate reporting and accountability for operational performance

· Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or leadership experience
