Open Positions
[1] Sushi Chef (Full-Time / Part-Time)
We are looking for a skilled Sushi Chef to lead and oversee our busy sushi bar operations.
- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Masterfully crafting high-quality nigiri, sashimi, and signature rolls.
- Leading and overseeing the daily operations and flow of the sushi bar line.
- Executing precise fish breakdown (cutting/filleting) and efficient ingredient preparation.
- Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards at all times.
[2] Line Cook (Full-Time / Part-Time)
We are looking for a reliable, fast-paced Line Cook to handle our hot kitchen and food prep stations.
- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking hot menu items (tempura, yakimono, entrees) to high standards.
- Executing orders quickly, accurately, and consistently according to our recipes.
- Setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness of your designated kitchen station.
- Assisting with daily food prep, portioning, and inventory rotation (FIFO).

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven professional experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
- For Sushi Chef: Experience working in a high-volume sushi bar environment is required.
- For Line Cook: Previous line cook experience is required (Japanese cuisine experience is a strong asset).
- Skills: Excellent knife skills, strong knowledge of food safety regulations, and efficient preparation techniques.
- Mindset: A strong sense of responsibility, exceptional communication skills, and a team-first attitude.
Pay: $15.01-$28.19 per hour
