Sign & Decal Finishing Technician

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working person to join our team in a decal and sign manufacturing environment. This position focuses on the finishing side of production, preparing decals and signs for customers by trimming, weeding, laminating, mounting, assembling, and packaging finished products.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working with their hands, paying attention to detail, and takes pride in quality work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Weeding and masking vinyl decals
- Laminating printed graphics and decals
- Trimming and cutting finished products to size
- Mounting graphics to sign materials (PVC, aluminum, acrylic, coroplast, etc.)
- Checking finished products for quality and accuracy
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Helping where needed in production
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in signs, decals, printing, manufacturing, or hands-on production work is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Comfortable working with hand tools, measuring, and production equipment
- Able to stand for long periods and handle physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
