Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled items (Flat Top Grill) and other menu offerings with precision and consistency.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Support the food service process by maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Help manage inventory levels by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs.
- Adhere to restaurant standards for quality, presentation, and safety at all times.
- Can work any shift (Opening and Closing nights - Independent work)
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, meal preparation, and cooking techniques is a plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced kitchens or in the food industry will help you thrive in this role.
- Knowledge of food safety standards ensures safe practices in all aspects of food preparation and service.
- Strong teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude will help you succeed as part of our kitchen crew.
