Champion Ford is searching for the next top notch individual to join our team as Lot/Inventory Manager. In this role you will manage all aspects of the dealership lot as well as the vehicle detailing process. You will also take vehicle pictures to upload online and manage the online inventory. You will also provide pick up and delivery of vehicle trades and assistance with all aspects of vehicle organization and cleaning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Manage online inventory including taking pictures and ensuring online inventory is current
- Performing vehicle inspections to identify damage and missing content;
- Ensuring proper recording of damage descriptions and missing items on vehicle transportation delivery receipts;
- Ensures vehicle inventories meet dealership quality standards at all times;
- Conducts vehicle visual inspections for exterior / interior abnormalities, damage and cleanliness;
- Monitors inventories of vehicle detail supplies, chemicals and lot promotional items;
DO YOU HAVE:
- Valid a valid drivers licence with clean adstract
- Previous experience as a detail and lot manager
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate a team of employees;
- Excellent organizational skills.
