When you post it, three quick things:
Put $36.00/hour in Indeed's separate salary field too, so the structured field and the description agree — leaving the wage out or vague breaks the LMIA requirement.
Keep the title, wage, hours (35), and location identical to your Job Bank posting — mismatches between your two ads are a classic refusal trigger.
And once it's live, take a dated screenshot and save the posting URL. That, plus the dates it ran, is what goes into your recruitment record. The free Indeed posting is fine — you don't need to pay to sponsor it for it to count.
That's Indeed done. You've now got Job Bank + Indeed — you still need one more recruitment channel to satisfy the "Job Bank + 2 additional methods" rule. Want me to suggest a solid third option and give you that version too?

My recommendation for the third channel is LinkedIn — and there's a specific LMIA reason, not just convenience: for a high-wage LMIA, at least one of your additional recruitment methods has to be national in scope, and LinkedIn clearly qualifies. It also fits a management-level role (NOC 60030) better than most boards, since it's where supervisory/management candidates actually are. Job Bank + Indeed + LinkedIn gives you a clean, defensible three-method set with the national-scope box ticked.
Here's the LinkedIn version, same facts, slightly more professional tone to suit the platform:
