Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess strong horticultural knowledge, and be capable of performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators for site preparation and landscaping projects
- Use hand tools and power tools for various landscaping tasks, including digging, cutting, and shaping
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with construction projects related to landscape installation or renovation
- Apply horticultural practices to promote healthy plant growth and landscape aesthetics
- Maintain safety standards at all times during operations and worksite activities
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance techniques is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and troubleshooting is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction practices in outdoor settings
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for equipment operation and site travel
- Prior experience in landscaping or related fields is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
