Hiring: High-Ticket Account Executives (Robotics & Manufacturing)
We are expanding our footprint in Canada's top automation hubs: Western Ontario & British Columbia. Also accepting applicants from Calgary, Winnipeg, Regina and the Maritimes. This is an elite, autonomous, commission-only role for a seasoned sales professional.
The Role
- Position: Account Executive
- Structure: Commission Only (High-Ticket Structure)
- Target Segments: Advanced Manufacturing & Industrial Robotics
- Locations: You must reside in the Western Ontario region (Windsor-London-KW) or British Columbia (Lower Mainland) or major city center within your territorial boundaries
What You'll Do
- Target, pitch, and close high-ticket robotics and automation solutions
- Navigate full sales cycles with manufacturing/warehouse/facility managers and C-suite executives
- Own your territory and leverage existing networks to bypass gatekeepers
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver technical proposals and ROI models
What We Look For
- 3–5+ years of enterprise, capital equipment outside sales experience essential
- Hard background in advanced manufacturing, industrial automation, or robotics
- Proven ability to establish rapport, build relationships and demonstrate professionalism
- Technical fluency to speak confidently on automation and plant workflows

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
