THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager of Golf and Operations, the Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to the golf team. This includes reviewing and processing daily sales reports, supporting cash reconciliation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
You will manage incoming mail and correspondence, coordinate information flow between departments, and assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory as needed. The role also involves maintaining organized filing systems and updating records such as reports, lists, and databases.
A key responsibility is supporting financial tracking by maintaining petty cash, preparing bank deposits, and assisting with reporting on daily sales and inventory transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
High School Diploma and several years of experience in administration or a related field
Experience
In office administration
In basic accounting
In preparing sales reports
In drafting and distributing correspondence
In bookkeeping
In using software for publications and promotional correspondence
In cash handling
In hotel reservation systems, an asset
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
