About the Role
As Centre Director, you are the highest-level leader in the centre. You'll oversee daily operations, drive student enrollment, build lasting relationships with parents, and coach a team of instructors to deliver exceptional math education using the Mathnasium Method.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all centre operations, ensuring a high-quality learning environment
- Diagnose student learning gaps and oversee personalized Learning Plans
- Drive enrollment by converting leads, conducting assessments, and selling the Mathnasium program
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates
- Hire, train, coach, and develop instructional staff into confident leaders
- Monitor centre KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability
- Manage scheduling, facilities, supplies, and administrative duties
- Execute local marketing initiatives and community partnerships to generate leads
