Field HSE Advisor – TL&T Electric Ltd. (Kitimat, BC)
TL&T Electric Ltd., a trusted electrical contractor in Kitimat, British Columbia for over 52 years, is seeking a qualified and collaborative Field HSE Advisor to join our team. We are looking for an individual with strong technical knowledge, electrical background, proven field experience, and a commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will bring recognized Health, Safety & Environment certifications such as CHSC, SCRP, CSO, along with relevant sub‑certifications applicable to heavy industrial workplaces. Experience in electrical or heavy industrial environments (5–10 years preferred) is a strong asset.
This role requires proficiency in:
- Computer-based safety management, including Excel, safety performance reporting, and incident reporting systems
- Collaboration with project and electrical management teams across both capital and maintenance construction projects
- Instructor-level training certifications for aerial lifts and mobile equipment (considered an asset)
- Proficient in Online Safety Programs such as ISNetworld
