Position: Kitchen HelperResponsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables, and prepare ingredients as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Receive and store kitchen supplies properly.
- Dispose of garbage and follow sanitation standards.
- Support with portioning and packaging food as needed.
- Assist with any other kitchen duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a kitchen helper or in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
