- We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Red Hill Car Wash in Waterdown. As a full-time employee. You'll have the flexibility to work both morning shifts (7 or 8am start), afternoon shifts and evening [ends around 8:30pm] shifts.

Requirements:
- Availability for variety of shifts.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a working cell phone with a data package and be responsive prior to, and during your shift.
- Live in relative proximity to our Waterdown location.
- Has a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers licence.
- This is an outdoor job - you will be outside for the duration of your shift in all weather, consider the cold and hot weather.
- Fluent in English.
- Being able to lift 50 pounds is a bonafide requirement for the job.

Red Hill Car Wash offers a new 100 foot tunnel for automatic washing, 6 bays for self serve washing, and 6 self serve vacuum stations.
We offer a generous commission structure paid to each employee that enlists customers in our VIP MEMBERSHIPS.
Core Objectives
- Act as the main contact person when the supervisor or manager is unavailable.
- Ensure the team takes their breaks on time.
- Ensure approved attendants rotate fairly at the Teller.
- Monitor team productivity and provide constructive feedback—both positive and corrective.
- Motivate the team and lead by example.
- Ensure all emails and voicemails are responded to throughout the day. Computer skills required.
- Sell VIP memberships and achieve goal targets.
- Run the team huddle meetings.
- Provide the EOD Shift Report to Management.
- Clean and test the tunnel, bays, and vacuums. Notify Service Team of issues.
- Be an exemplary team player by performing all attendant duties when required.

Expectations
Higher pay will be provided to those with supervisor experience. This position has room for growth and increased pay.
