We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Homefield. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help local businesses grow through effective digital marketing campaigns. This role also includes coaching a developing sales team to their respective activities.
In this role, you will:
- Identify potential business opportunities. You will develop new client relationships and look for opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.
- Conduct Discovery Meetings to learn about the needs and goals of local businesses.
- Pitch holistic marketing campaigns to help your clients grow
- Coordinate fulfillment of your clients’ orders through our administrative and creative teams.
- Manage existing client relationships, including presenting progress reports to ensure marketing campaigns reach their desired objective.
- Utilize sales planner tools to forecast your sales progress.
- Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training new Account Managers.
- Support the Sales Manager’s efforts to coach and develop existing Account Managers.
