We are a friendly independent pet food and supplies store dedicated to helping pet owners find the best nutrition and products for their pets. We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our growing business.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend pet food, treats, and supplies based on customer needs
- Operate the cash register and process transactions
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Keep shelves fully stocked and store displays neat
- Assist with unloading deliveries and lifting pet food bags
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
- Answer customer questions in person and by phone
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working independently
- Retail experience is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of pets and pet nutrition is an asset
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
