We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
- Manage accounts by providing tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to customers.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role within a sales environment.
- Strong skills in account management, business development, and customer service.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable for engaging with a diverse client base.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
