Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Mississauga office. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of proven sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading sales initiatives to expand Eztrans Logistics’ market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitable sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of industry contacts in Canada and international markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
