Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections. This role is vital to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports the overall operations of our organization.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and building systems to identify potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components as needed.
- Assist with installation of new equipment and facility upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance, repair, or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (such as HVAC certification or electrician license) are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $21.40-$26.88 per hour
