The Role
As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and thoughtful guest experience from arrival to departure.
You will:
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence and clarity
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings
- Execute service with attention to timing, detail, and flow
- Work closely with the front and back of house teams to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional section
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with ease and professionalism
Service Philosophy

A strong understanding of food and wine is essential. Wine knowledge (WSET or equivalent) is considered an asset.
