Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Etobicoke. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with comprehensive in-house training provided. Candidates with warehouse experience or knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are preferred; however, we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and provide customers with order updates.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related documentation.
- Perform general administrative and customer support duties.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Warehouse or logistics experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
