Loyal Nursing Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
Duties
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care within RN scope of practice
- Complete client assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as assigned
- Support care planning, wound care, chronic care, and post-hospital care when applicable
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, facilities, and agency staff Complete accurate care documentation and report concerns promptly
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards to ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Active RN registration and practice permit in Alberta
- CPR/BLS certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Home care, long-term care, acute care, or community care experience is an asset
