Rental Car Agent
We are looking for a Rental Car Agent. This position reports directly to the Manager and will take pride in providing world-class customer service.
The Position:
- Work with customers both in person and on the phone to ensure their needs are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Prep/detail vehicles so they are ready for rent
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

- The ability to work under stressful situations in order to maintain great customer service.
- Above-average communication skills.
- A valid driver's license.
