Role Summary :
The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator supports day-to-day supply chain operations by managing key administrative and analytical duties, coordinating logistics and inventory movement, maintaining accurate product and compliance data, and producing reporting to support business decisions. The role also has ownership in replenishment planning and product information management.
Core Responsibilities:
1) Supply Chain Operations & Logistics Support
- Support inbound and outbound logistics coordination, including zero dollar sales order creation, shipment tracking and issue resolution
- Support U.S. shipment execution, customs and regulatory documentation, and inventory movement, including support for Amazon-related supply chain activity
- Coordinate inventory transfers and ensure accurate tracking and documentation
2) Replenishment & Inventory Planning
- Support replenishment planning for assigned accounts and channels
- Lead replenishment responsibilities for alternative channels (ex: D2C and direct-to-store shipments), ensuring inventory availability meets demand
- Support inventory planning during product transitions and changes as needed
3) Systems & Supply Chain Administration
- Maintain and administer our internal ERP system (Cin7), including item set up, costed BOMs, and data integrity
- Ensure system records remain accurate, current, and aligned with operational needs
- Support administrative workflows that enable efficient supply chain execution
4) Reporting, Analytics, and Data Management
- Produce regular and ad hoc reporting for supply chain and cross-functional stakeholders to share sales, inventory, and help identify inventory discrepancies
- Work with large datasets including item attributes, historical sales, and customer demand to improve reporting quality and efficiency
- Maintain and continuously improve the Product Information Management (PIM) file to support product data accuracy across the organization
5) Compliance, Stewardship & Operational Coordination
- Manage recycling stewardship responsibilities, including compliance reporting (ex: recycling reporting portals)
- Coordinate compliance-related initiatives and ensure deadlines and documentation requirements are met
- Support operational coordination projects (ex: donation coordination for expired products)
- Manage CHEP inventory movement and reconciliation
6) Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across departments (ex: marketing and production) to ensure product information is accurate, available, and usable
- Drive awareness and adoption of the PIM file by holding periodic stakeholder check-ins and supporting self-service use
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, demand/replenishment planning, or operations
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in relevant industries including CPG, beverage, nutrition, health & wellness, retail distribution, E- commerce, or Pharma
- Experience in working with 3PLs, logistics, inventory transfers, Amazon, online marketplaces, cross-border shipping (Canada/U.S.)
- Hold a diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics
- Preference will be given to those holding (or working toward) a supply chain designation such as CSCMP, CSCL, MCIPS, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (advanced), analyzing data sets, evaluating supply chain metrics such as fill rate/in-stock/lost sales/turns/weeks of supply, using and managing ERP systems, forecasting, and demand planning
- Having a working knowledge of CUSMA and other customs-related policies and procedures
- Demonstrate a high level of organization, close attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, ownership over tasks and deadlines
