As the Director, Retail Sales & Service (RSS) Technology Platforms, you will be a key member of the Channels Technology leadership team, responsible for leading a cross-functional team of tech leads, developers, and analysts to deliver Salesforce-based solutions that support our RSS and Guided Omni/CRM business areas.
In this role, you will bring together technical leadership, delivery excellence, people leadership, and innovation to drive complex initiatives that improve the advisor experience and deliver business value. You will help shape the future of software delivery within RSS Technology Platforms by advancing agile ways of working, strengthening engineering practices, and introducing AI-enabled development capabilities across the software development lifecycle.
- Own and drive the delivery of medium- to large-scale initiatives across RSS, Advisor, and Salesforce CRM platforms, aligned to business priorities and strategic goals.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to define and evolve CRM product and platform roadmaps.
- Advance modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and automation, to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering an agile culture of delivery excellence.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships to support delivery outcomes and platform success.
- Build strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders across RSS, Guided Omni/CRM, and Digital.
- Ensure strong governance and delivery oversight, including risk management, financial accountability, vendor coordination, and performance tracking across the portfolio.
- Define Salesforce CRM technology platform strategy and roadmap
- Enable AI, automation, and omnichannel engagement capabilities across CRM ecosystem
- You have a minimum of 10 years of technology delivery leadership experience leading cross-functional teams.
- You have a post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- You bring strong expertise in project and program delivery and a proven ability to build engaged, high-performing teams.
- You have strong knowledge of Salesforce, SaaS platforms, and modern engineering practices.
- You come with Industry experience in Financial Services, Technology, and/or Consulting.
- You have working knowledge in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives involving complex integrations with Salesforce and a heterogeneous set of technology stacks.
- You have people management experience leading cross-functional, technical teams
- You build trusting relationships and provide feedback to enable the successful development of your team and colleagues.
- You foster innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on client experience.

Expected salary/hourly range $114,021 - $164,000+
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
