We're seeking a dynamic and diligent Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our client's vibrant team in the East End! This full-time opportunity requires a committed and reliable individual looking to make a lasting impact.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar warehouse or material handling position, with a proven track record of efficiency and accuracy
- Valid certification and previous experience operating an electric counterbalance forklift, with ability to navigate tight spaces and handle heavy loads
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift, with proper lifting techniques and attention to safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to listen attentively to instructions, ask clarifying questions, and follow directions accurately
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, staying until the job is done
Assets:
- Knowledge of wood or hardware would be considered a strong asset
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands, ensuring timely and damage-free shipment
- Load orders and skids into trucks for next-day delivery, verifying shipment details and ensuring secure transportation
- Utilize the in-house system to ship out orders, generating shipping labels, tracking numbers, and updating order status
- Operate an electric counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently, loading/unloading products and supplies
- Receive product shipments, inspecting for damage and verifying quantities, and enter them into the inventory management system.
- Assist customers with gathering/loading their orders in the drive-thru section of the warehouse, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols
- Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift, utilizing proper lifting techniques
- Perform other duties as assigned

Wage: $22.00 per hour
Regular hours: Monday to Friday – 4:00pm – 12:00am with a strong possibility of overtime
