Team Member – Convenience Store

INS Market is looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Team Member to join our convenience store team in downtown Toronto. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and can provide excellent customer service during busy hours.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Operate POS/cash register and handle transactions accurately
* Restock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
* Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items
* Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking products
* Follow food safety and store procedures
* Help maintain a positive shopping experience for customers
Requirements:
* Convenience store or retail experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic cash handling and POS knowledge
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate boxes
