Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packer/Shipper to join our manufacturing and distribution team. This role involves preparing products for shipment, ensuring accurate packaging, and maintaining organized shipping processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Carefully pack finished products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and tracking details
- Assist with inventory management by organizing and storing packaged items in designated areas
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for timely pickups
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and shipping area
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and documentation
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with computers or shipping software is a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for this role
