Pay Rate: $22.00
Shift: Day Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm with some overtime- Monday to Friday)
We are currently hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a leading custom carton packaging company. If you have experience operating packaging or assembly machinery and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, please contact us.
Responsibilities
· Set up, operate, and monitor carton packaging machinery.
· Ensure products meet quality standards and production specifications.
· Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
· Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
· Maintain a clean and safe work area.
· Follow all health and safety procedures.
· Work with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
· Minimum 1–2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
· Experience in carton, paper, or assemble/packaging manufacturing is an asset.
· Ability to read work orders and follow produuction instructions.
· Strong attention to detail and quality.
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
