About the Opportunity
As an AI & Automation Specialist, you'll own delivery end to end, sitting on client calls, designing the solution, building it, shipping it to production, and standing behind it. This is a senior-hands-on role: you write the code, you make the architecture calls, you optimize the cloud bill, and you present the results. We're looking for someone who's done this before, runs independently, and turns ambiguous requirements into systems that hold up under real load.
What you will do
- Client-facing delivery: Join client calls, capture requirements, and turn them into working solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy n8n workflows, Copilot Studio bots, and custom AI agents.
- Build agentic systems including voice agents, RAG pipelines, and multi-step autonomous workflows that actually do the job.
- Automate across functions: Map and streamline workflows spanning marketing, sales, finance, and HR, connecting the tools each team already runs on.
- Extend automation with Python/TypeScript, API integrations, and third-party services.
- Architect and ship production-ready solutions with proper code checks, security governance, and CI/CD.
- Own the cloud: Deploy on Azure and AWS, stand up Kubernetes clusters, and manage and optimize costs.
- Build full-stack apps when the off-the-shelf tools don't cut it, with clean, usable front-end design through to back end.
- Turn data into insight with Power BI and other analytics tools, backed by clean SQL and solid data models.
- Stand up Claude for enterprises: Deploy and configure Claude Enterprise and the wider Claude toolset, including Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, and custom Skills, for client teams.
- Run AI delivery workshops: Explain AI concepts clearly and deliver hands-on training on the tools clients will actually use.
- Research, test, and apply new AI/automation tools to stay ahead of the curve.
- Document everything clearly, covering flows, architecture, and builds, and present updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Required Experience
Automation & AI Platforms
- Hands-on experience across workflow automation platforms: n8n, Make, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure Functions, LangChain, or similar.
- Built and deployed real AI agents, RAG systems, and conversational/voice agents, not just demos.
- Claude Enterprise expertise: setting up Claude for enterprises and working across the full toolset, including Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, and building custom Skills.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Strong Azure experience: deploying solutions, standing up and managing Kubernetes clusters, and optimizing/managing cloud costs.
- Solution design experience in AWS.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID (identity, access, and governance).
Engineering
- Strong coding ability in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Custom full-stack application development, including clean, functional front-end design.
- Solid command of SQL, databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- GitHub workflows and automations: version control, branching strategy, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Production-ready delivery: code reviews, automated checks, security governance, and CI/CD.
Integrations & Cross-Functional Operations
- Built integrations with enterprise SaaS platforms such as BambooHR, Teamwork, Jira, Workday, Dayforce, Salesforce, FreshBooks, and QuickBooks.
- Operational understanding of how marketing, sales, finance, and HR actually work, enough to automate workflows that cross those teams without breaking them.
- Comfortable documenting flows so anyone can pick up the build after you.
Data & Analytics
- Power BI and other data analytics/visualization tools.
The Way You Work
- Proven experience delivering AI workshops and training: you can break down complex concepts and run hands-on sessions on different AI tools for non-experts.
- Proven solution design experience: you can scope, architect, and cost a build before you write a line of code.
- A real track record of cost optimization across cloud and tooling.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, comfortable engaging clients directly.
- Independent, self-driven, and able to deliver without step-by-step guidance.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who gets things done.
Good to Have
- Certifications from Azure, IBM, or similar on agentic AI / autonomous systems.
- Experience presenting technical work to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
