As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the full recruitment lifecycle, including introducing yourself to prospective clients, selling clients our recruitment services, managing client relationships while sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates across various industries. Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients to develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sell clients and have them sign recruitment agreements.
- Use innovative sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract the best talent. Leverage your expertise to find candidates who align perfectly with client requirements and organizational culture.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals. Provide insightful recommendations to clients about the best candidates for their roles.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients, offering guidance and market insights to support their hiring strategies. Negotiate terms and manage expectations to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Successfully place candidates in roles and ensure a smooth transition for both parties. Maintain contact with clients and candidates post-placement to foster relationships and identify future opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales
- Experience as a 360 Recruiter is a strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept at multitasking and thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiar with recruitment tools and platforms, such as ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
