We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly organized Salon Manager & Coordinator to help lead our salon and deliver an exceptional experience for both our clients and team members.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in the salon industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and has a flair for social media and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure a seamless client experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, staff coordination, and daily workflow
- Support and motivate the salon team while maintaining a positive culture
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and service recovery when needed
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order salon supplies as required
- Create and manage social media content for Instagram
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement
- Track salon performance and help drive business growth
- Maintain salon standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of salon industry experience (required)
- Previous salon management or leadership experience (required)
- Experience with salon booking software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Social media experience, including content creation and engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends
