Foreman Wanted – Tree Planting / Tree Farm Operations
Calgary, Alberta
We are a Calgary-based tree farm and tree planting company looking for an experienced Foreman to lead our planting crew for the upcoming season.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and experienced in both equipment operation and crew management.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Air brakes
- Experience operating equipment and hauling trailers/equipment
- Experience supervising and managing a crew of workers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours outdoors
- Reliable and safety-minded
Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize daily planting operations
- Supervise crew productivity and safety
- Operate and transport equipment as needed
- Coordinate with management to keep projects running efficiently
- Maintain a professional and positive work environment
